If "Obsidim, the Ashened City" is in the Field Zone, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand).
You can only Special Summon "King of the Ashened City" once per turn this way.
During your Main Phase:
You can Special Summon 1 "Ashened" monster from your hand, except "King of the Ashened City",
or if your opponent controls a monster with 2800 or more ATK,
you can Special Summon it from your Deck instead.
You can only use this effect of "King of the Ashened City" once per turn.

　TCGのPhantom Nightmareで登場した闇属性・炎族の最上級モンスター。
　フィールドゾーンに《Obsidim, the Ashened City》が存在する場合に手札から自身を特殊召喚する効果、手札からAshened１体を特殊召喚できる（《Obsidim, the Ashened City》が存在するならデッキからも特殊召喚可能）効果を持つ。

　(1)は自己特殊召喚効果。
　《Priestess of the Ashened City》と同じ効果であり、詳細はあちらを参照。
　こちらは最上級モンスターなので、この方法による特殊召喚の重要性はあちらより高いと言える。

　(2)は同名カード以外のAshenedを手札から特殊召喚する効果。
　相手フィールドに攻撃力2800以上のモンスターが存在する場合は代わりにリクルートも行える。
　先攻でもなければ相手依存でも容易に満たせる条件だが、《Veidos the Eruption Dragon of Extinction》を送りつけることによって先攻１ターン目などでも能動的に満たすこともできる。
　その場合《Hero of the Ashened City》をリクルートすることで《Veidos the Eruption Dragon of Extinction》を効果破壊でき《Obsidim, the Ashened City》を置く流れが理想的だろう。
